Clérigon

Strike with precision. Survive with discipline.

(left click on screen to launch full screen)

In Clérigon, you are an assassin in training, mastering the art of sequenced combat inspired by the film Equilibrium. Every encounter is a deadly puzzle — and every movement must follow the correct kill pattern.

Training Protocol:

  1. Always strike the initiating attacker first.

  2. Eliminate the enemy now behind you.

  3. Strike the opponent to your left.

  4. Finish with the final threat behind you.

You must complete 20 levels of increasingly difficulty to unlock the final technique: the assassination kill pattern - one on one

Mastery demands speed, clarity, and total control — there are no wasted moves in Clérigon.

And remember: hesitation has consequences.

i cant get past level 19 xd, just my lack of skill. the game has great idea, though there is one thing: the the pixels are a bit distored, some streched and some squashed - maybe its me to blame? xd, the sprite and animation is 65x64 which might be the problem. thank you for using my art!

Hey Burrito! Just a quick update—I’ve made some changes to the game, and it should be possible to beat level 20 now! Still super challenging though, since the training is meant to be tough as once you beat level 20 the game ends. The twist is that someone else has already assassinated the target. I’ve added a screenshot of the ending on the game page if you're curious!

I would love to continue the story, but I’ve hit the maximum number of events allowed in the free version of Construct 3. But I might pick it up again in the future if I decide to upgrade again.

Also, I’ve added a note in the description making it clear that your artwork was edited (resizing has caused the pixel distortion). Massive thanks again for letting me use it—your art really brings the characters to life!

Hope you enjoy the updated version if you give it another go!
